Frame assembly, mirror mounting, stand fitting and packing all happen in our workshop in Yucun Village, Weixian Town.

Everything happens in one workshop: frame assembly, mirror mounting, sealing, stand fitting and packing. There is no separate finishing partner to wait for, and the people who assemble the mirror are the people who pack it.

The photographs on this page were taken on our own benches. They show the sequence each unit goes through before it is cartoned.

01 — Frame & corners. Frame sections are joined, then moulded corner caps are screwed into place.

02 — Mirror & sealing. The mirror is mounted into the frame and the back is sealed before it leaves the bench.

A daily output we can flex to the order.

Our workshop produces up to 1,000 full-length mirrors a day. For a larger programme the figure can be increased, and for a smaller order it can be reduced, so production matches what you actually need.

What each unit goes through

No step is outsourced.

Because the frame, mirror, stand and carton are handled in the same workshop, a change agreed with you reaches the production bench directly.

  • 01Frame joined and cappedSections are assembled and the corner caps are screwed on.
  • 02Mirror mountedThe panel is set into the frame with a black backing board behind it.
  • 03Back sealedSealant is run around the back panel before the unit is turned.
  • 04Stand fittedThe folding easel bracket and hinge are fixed to the frame.
  • 05Cartoned and stackedUnits are packed in cartons marked for glass handling.
